Description
Floor carpet backing in molded foam rubber for driver and passenger side carpets on Mercedes R107 models 1980–1985. Manufactured to OEM specifications, this high-quality reproduction precisely matches the original shape, dimensions, and foam density.
Designed to provide excellent sound insulation, the molded underlay also incorporates the original channels for the heater ducting and electrical wiring. It is bonded directly to the back of the driver and passenger carpets, just as on the factory-installed components.
This underlay can also be fitted to 1971–1979 models with minor modifications.
For the best fit, comfort, and acoustic performance, we recommend replacing the molded foam backing whenever installing a new carpet set.
