Complete front seat restoration kit for all Porsche 928 models. Available for both the early versions 928 L, S and S2 (77-85) and later versions 928 S4, GT and GTS (85-95). Contains all 8 covers to retrim the 2 front seats. Remanufactured to Porsche OEM specification. Available in Porsche leatherette or Porsche full nappa leather.
Our seat restoration kit is probably the best you can buy for completeness, originality and fit. The kit includes everything you typically need to bring your front seats back to factory new condition; all front seat covers and correction foam for seat base.
Our hand crafted front seat covers match Stuttgart factory specifications step by step; from the finest hides, top quality calico backing material, exact specification pleat filling, right down to the piping cord and the high resistance yarns we use. All hides are precision cut, piping bound and pre-formed to guarantee a factory authentic fit.
The kit is delivered with correction foam for the seat base. This allows you to correct the worn sides typically found on the drivers side seat bolster and fill out the pleast in the seat base. Bear in mind, that a significantly deformed or decomposed seat base can only be restored with new cell foam. New seat base cell foams are not included as part of this kit.
The seat restoration kit comes with step-by-step installation instructions and pictures. Installation requires no specific tools and is within the ability of the moderately experienced home mechanic.
Because of fading of the original material and colour differences between dye lots, we offer the front seat restoration kit in Black only. For complete full leather interior kits we can offer most original Porsche colors (please enquire).
