Before returning a product, please notify us of your intent to return by email, stating reasons for return. Upon receipt of your mail we will review your request and provide a return authorization and instruction.

Please package/protect the items carefully (do not fold upholstery) and include a copy of the return authorization mail in the box for ease of reference.
